Payment options are provided by Paypal.
On completion of payment, the order will be processed and will be shipped as per Shipping policy.
All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay accordingly locally.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Individual designs require 50% payment to commence and 50% payment on completion.
Items will be shipped within 1 – 5 working days, depending on the garment. All items will be sent via Royal Mail, Sign For (for both non-international and international), the garments will be required to be signed for, upon delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You get two weeks to return any items you’re not quite sure about or that it is faulty (all garments are rigorously inspected before dispatch, but mistakes can still be made). This two week returns period starts from the day you receive your order. Postage will not be refunded.
The garment requires to be returned in their original, saleable condition with the label intact. When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant, cigarettes etc. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please allow seven working days from our receipt of your returns, for us to process a refund. The process time is also dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your card, customer services will contact you.
We are happy to exchange goods within two weeks of receipt, for a different size, however, we exchange different styles too. To exchange different size or style, please fill out the returns / exchange form and send item back to the Head Office. If the size you require is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund. Exchanged items are one per order.
Individual designs are non refundable.
